  1. Using the bot. By adding or using What's Going On? you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  2. What it does. It writes AI summaries of recent chat when you ask. Summaries can miss things or get details wrong. Always check the real chat for anything important.
  3. Fair use. Don't use the bot to harass people, to get around channel permissions, or to scrape servers. We may limit or block use that breaks these terms.
  4. Premium. Premium is a Discord subscription. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds go through Discord and follow Discord's rules. Features and daily limits may change; we'll say so on the website first.
  5. No warranty. The bot is provided "as is". It may be down sometimes. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it.
  6. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy. We don't store your messages.
  7. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Keeping on using the bot means you accept them.
